One of those mornings when fun stuff is popping up and worth sharing. Wound up at Bob Sutton's blog, the author of The No Asshole Rule (subtitle: Building a civilized workplace and surviving one that isn't), and found the Asshole Client from Hell Exam (20 items that are all too real in my experience with a final rating scale of 'dream client' to 'flaming certified asshole'). Those of you who have been there will appreciate the point; those who haven't can learn what to watch out for. As for clients, some objective evaluation of their behavior might be helpful.
