Second National Social Marketing Conference
The National Social Marketing Centre is organising the conference to be held at Keble College, University of Oxford, from 24 - 25 September 2007. It is designed for public health professionals, educators, health communication specialists, commercial marketers, charities/NGOs, environmental officers, sustainability specialists, researchers, academics and students.
The objectives are stated as:
- To understand how social marketing is being used increasingly by the Department of Health and other Government departments to drive policy and practice.
- To share examples of successful national and international social marketing interventions.
- To support practitioners in the application of social marketing.
- To cultivate professional contacts and networks with those who have the potential to collaborate on current or future projects, share knowledge, or assist with problem solving.
