The New York City Hepatitis C Harm Reduction Project has a blog of resources, news and notes to support their coalition and activities. For people and projects that are looking for ways to use the web to support their activities, yet do not have the resources for web designers and all the la-di-da, this site may give you some inspiration for how a blog can give you a low price, and low tech (take it from me) solution.
